This cute little guy would like to help us make an announcement at The Sapphire Hound! We are in a position of having to implement a no call/no show policy. We understand life throws curve balls, but please have enough respect of our time and our other clients' time to realize that an appointment you don't show up for and don't contact us to cancel results in wasted time and takes an appointment spot from clients who are looking for their dogs to be groomed. From this point moving forward, if you are one of these few that doesn't feel like we need to be communicated with to cancel an appointment you have scheduled, we are no longer going to allow time to be booked because it is not a good fit for us. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, it is considered a no call/no show and we cannot accommodate because we have valuable relationships with our loyal clients and will respect their time as they respect ours.
That being said, we still stand by not having a cancelation policy in general and just ask for simple communication if your appointment isn't working out for any reason and a reschedule needs to be made. We are always happy to accommodate these situations, and we thank every single one of our clients recognizing our time is important.
