12-13-24 (Friday): Closing at 4pm for staff holiday party
12-24-24 (Tuesday) Christmas Eve: Closing at 12pm
12-25-24 (Wednesday) Christmas Day: Closed
12-31-24 (Tuesday) New Years Eve: Closing at 3pm
1-1-25 (Wednesday) New Years Day: Closed

We had a good Samaritan bring in a light brown and tan female chihuahua that was hit by a car. Unfortunately she was already deceased. She was wearing a broken light green harness with no tags and had no microchip. If this is your baby then we are very sorry for your loss. Her photo will be in the comment section if you need to check to see if she is yours.

We are excited to be transitioning to a new clinic software this Thursday 5-23-24! While we are getting the computers, lab equipment, and credit card machines hooked up that morning we will not be seeing appointments. You will still be able to call in with questions and pick up medications but please be patient with us and we get used to this new software. 🙂

This sweet boy was hit by a car this morning near 27th St S and Bennett and was brought to us by a good Samaritan. He has no collar and is not microchipped. If you know him or his owner please have them call us at (316) 524-3257.

Poor Brooklyn has been looking for a home for 9 months 💔😢

She was surrendered to us in March. Her owner tried and tried, but Brooklyn was not happy living with other cats. She would thrive in a home as the only cat!

- 2.5 years old
- Spayed female
- Short hair with torbie colored coat
- Has been around dogs when she was younger. It’s been a while.
- No toddlers or babies

Brooklyn has a room to herself at the rescue, but she is super lonely. She is dying for constant attention and a forever person. When you enter her room, she immediately rolls over and wants to be pet. She loves to play with toys and needs a few cat posts/scratchers in the home.

We have showed Brooklyn to many adopters, but she always gets looked over. It breaks our hearts. She is loving, playful, and promises to stay by your side.

If you don’t have any cats in the home and are interested in fostering or adopting Brooklyn, please message us!!! We want our girl to find her home. She deserves it!!! 🥹❤️
