Our Face Feet and F***y package includes everything you would get with the Full groom package, minus taking length off the body! We still clean out their ears, trim and file their nails, and give them a good bath and blow dry! We just trim up the messier bits of hair to make them look like a new dog, without taking the whole body shorter. It's a great deal for those owners who don't want to do a full groom, but still want their pups cleaned up in between the hair cuts!

⭐️IMPORTANT PSA ABOUT APPOINTMENTS
Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to write this out, as things have been a little hectic here at the salon. I want to make sure we are all on the same page here.
We love our clients. Every single one of them. We treat everyone with respect, even in situations when we are not given the same grace.
We are an appointment based business. We set appointment dates and times to fit our schedule and make sure we can get as many dogs taken care of in a timely manner as possible.
When a client shows up early, it takes time away from the dogs we are currently working on, as we have to stop what we're doing to check that early client in. In the time we used to check someone in even 20 minutes early, we could have finished what we were working on, which could make the difference in that dog going home on time.
When a client shows up late for their appointment, it puts us behind on every other dog that comes in after that, because we could have had the prep work done in the time it took you to make it to your appointment.
We understand things happen, but communication is key in this industry. A simple phone call to let us know about any sudden changes helps a ton in planning out our day.
We also have policies in place. These help us get the most out of our scheduling. When you make your appointment, you get 2 reminder text messages to make sure we are doing our due diligence on helping you make it to your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the date, which in turn, gives us enough time to fill the time slot we had booked specifically for your pup.
When we get a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment, that does not give us time to fill that spot, meaning we miss out on money. We are a comission based business, so if we don't have appointments, we don't get paid. I want to make sure my employees are able to take care of their families and pay their bills, just like you are able to with your jobs. We charge the full amount of the missed appointment, because we blocked off space for your dog with the intent of you paying for that, and when you don't show up to your appointment, or give us enough time to fill that time slot, we wouldn't get paid otherwise.
Again, we go above and beyond to make sure you can make it to your appointment. All we ask for is respect for our time and our skill. We set appointment times for a reason, and when you're early or late, it makes things difficult. Please please please, if you cannot make it to your appointment, give us time to get that spot filled. We are a business, so one of our priorities is making money. We respect our clients and just want the same in return.

We are now excited to offer deluxe spa grooming appointments, with our salon owner Taylor!!
Taylor has been grooming since 2016, and has a passion for transforming pups into their most beautiful and confident selves! Book with her to get a private luxury spa day for your special little pups!
This package will only be offered every first Sunday of the month, and spots will be very limited. We are also only offering this to dogs under 30 lbs.
Your dogs spa day will start with getting a pedicure, where Taylor will expertly trim and file your dogs nails down and round them out so that they have smooth edges all around! Next up is bath time, where they will get a first wash with our high quality, deep cleansing shampoo. They will then be thoroughly massaged with a luxurious shampoo and conditioner, and get a nice hydro massage during their rinse-through. After their bath and blow dry, they will be misted with a moisturizing serum, to help combat static and help brush out any small tangles they have. We will finish off with a matching dog safe cologne to complete their spa experience!!

Hey everyone! I wanted to make a post acknowledging the new illness that is rapidly spreading around the U.S. in our k9 friends. We are doing everything in our power to keep your dogs safe while in our care.
For the time being we are keeping every dog separated from each other, we are sanitizing double duty to make sure we can keep everything as clean as we can for your pup.
We ask that you pick up your dogs as soon as you can after receiving a call or text letting you know they are done. We also recommend that every dog is vaccinated against bordetella, as that has a lot of similar symptoms to what this new illness has.
Please for the foreseeable future, keep your dogs away from the public dog parks, as diseases are so easily spread between dogs that come into contact with one another.
We hope none of our amazing clients has to deal with a sick pup, and we are doing everything we can to make sure they stay happy and healthy!
