However, we kindly ask for your understanding that our team members are human, too. They have lives, families, and responsibilities outside of work. Just like everyone else, they need time to recharge and focus on their well-being.
With this in mind, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of staff members on their private social media pages at any time. We ask that communications regarding your pet's care remain within appropriate business channels.
When the business is closed, we kindly request that you respect our team's personal time away. If you have an emergency during non-business hours, we encourage you to reach out to your nearest emergency hospital.
We greatly value the partnership we share with our clients in caring for your pets, and we thank you for showing the same kindness and respect to our staff that they strive to give you every day.
