Those interested in doing some bite work/protection and obedience training this Sunday at 6:30pm at our facility, please message us. Dogs as young as 12 weeks old are welcome. This is not breed specific. (But please understand regardless of breed, not all dogs excel at this type of work.) We will be charging 37.50 per dog.

We have a group Intermediate Obedience course starting Thursday Aug. 22nd at 6:30pm. This class gets your dog prepared for the AKC Canine Good Citizen and Therapy testing. The class meets for up to 1 hr per week for 6 weeks. The total cost is 125.00. We require everyone to prepay to join the class. Space is limited, so don't hesitate or you will miss out. You can pay using Venmo, cashapp or make an appt to come in and pay. Our training facility is at 3031 W. Pawnee #500, Wichita KS

We were thrilled to receive a kind message from one of our valued clients. Swagger, a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix, attended our two-week training program to work on dog reactivity, dominance, and impulse control issues. He is such a good dog.

We have group Basic Obedience classes forming for Aug. 12th and Aug. 13th at 6:30pm. This is a 6 week course and we meet once a week for 1 hr. We teach you to teach your dog. Minimum age requirement is 12 weeks old and must have at least 2 sets of vaccinations. NO AGGRESSIVE OR REACTIVE DOGS ALLOWED IN GROUP TRAINING CLASSES. The total cost for the course is 100.00 per dog. We do require everyone to prepay to join the class. We accept payment thru Venmo, Cashapp or you are welcome to come in and pay in person. Our climate controlled facility is located at 3031 W. Pawnee Suite 500, Wichita KS. Space is limited and our classes tend to fill up quickly so don't hesitate.

Tommy and Nykki received a refresher course with us. They have demonstrated their proficiency and are ready to showcase their abilities to their owners. We will miss the presence of these charming pups. Their owners were super impressed and enjoyed learning how to maintain their skills.

Summer's here and the living's easy...or so they say! When it's too hot to even step outside, we bust out the fun indoors. Robyn, our latest board and train, is learning the ropes while having a whirlwind time. She's as clever as she is cute!

Strengthening the bond between dog owners and their canine companions during tonight's basic obedience class is a pleasure to witness. Our Assistant Gage and one of our board and train dogs (the pups name is Fish) are working together to achieve this goal. For the dogs to learn to focus and respond to commands despite distractions, we switch them up periodically in a group environment. This training is essential for their development.

Ares is working to master heeling politely! And when distractions come around, he's all like 'stay, stay, stay'! He's a North American Indian pup, so yeah, work with him is a real treat!

Fish is on a mission to excel in obedience and manners, diligently learning the 'place' command and refining his heeling technique, all while maintaining his playful and affectionate demeanor!

Miss Lucy is working on her heeling and automatic sit out in the neighborhood. It's still a work in progress, but she is getting better daily. (We dont want to just show end results, we want to show the steps we take with each dog thats in our care.) Good girl Lil' Lucy

Look at Rosie and Beau walking side by side thru Lowes, showing off their manners. They are doing a great job with only a few minor corrections. Rosie has gained so much confidence that she is eager to explore and see the world around her. We are so very proud of these two youngsters.

Rosie and Beau are showing off their stays and recall at Lowes! Great job guys! When Rosie first came to us she was a bundle of nerves and had zero confidence. Now this girl is calm, cool and collected! You can even see it in Rosie's body language!

This is Sig going down the escalator with his owner/handler. This service dog team is the epitome of perfection. They work together beautifully. We also had Sig doing his obedience off leash and staying right next to his owner throughout the store. We couldn't be prouder.

Sig mastering the escalator with his owner and showing how easy it can be when you are dedicated to building confidence and trust instead of forcing him to go on when he was unsure. We take our time and move at the dogs level. We want all the service dogs that train with us to enjoy their work.

Remeber the post about these two not being able to play without issues? Well look at Rosie and Beau enjoying some balanced play time. We are very proud of them and the progress they are making.

Dog training shouldn't be cookie cutter. So don't be afraid to think outside the box and come up with different and fun ways to teach a dog to do things. Rosie lacks confidence and she doesn't particularly care to be in a position that makes her vulnerable (laying down), so she is learning to lay down without even realizing she is learning. (We will get the desired results this is just a fun and different way for her to learn.)

Our dog gym is up and running. Schedule a time to get your dog some exercise.

In addition to helping train your dog, we also love to help with their physical and mental health. Do you struggle to keep up with your dog on walks, or wonder if they're getting enough exercise? Is it hard to get their walks in due to Kansas weather? Let's introduce them to one of our slat mills. They're powered manually by the dog, so they move at their pace, and stop when they stop. Your dog can walk or run a fast as they want in a temperature controlled environment. We can add slat mill time to any board and train package, or you can schedule a private time for you and your dog.
