๐ฅ10yr old Registered Quarter Horse Gelding๐ฅ
Remington is looking for a new partner! This 10yr gelding is now being offered on consignment after his 90 day tune up here at Bradford Rebuilt Horse Training. He would make someone a great trail mount, endurance prospect, ranch horse, or rope horse with continued training. He is a very forward gelding with a big motor espically on trail, so he will need a confident knowledgeable intermediate to experienced rider. Remington has been started on the donkey in the arena, he's green team roping and will need finished if purchased as a prospect. PPE welcome at buyers expense. 8,๐๐ผ๐ผ read full ad before contacting.
Pros:
*Remington is not spooky cows, ATVs, birds, rabbits, tarps, other horses spooking ect.. he will take it all in stride.
* Neck reins, direct reins, and leg yeilds
* Walks out at a nice fast pace
*Great ranch horse, has the motor to go all day and is quiet to rope on in the branding pen.
*Sure footed and gets around in the rocks.
*Very gentle on the ground great for fly spray, fly mask, bathing, brushing.
*Easy to catch in pen or stall
*Opens and closes gates
*Quiet hauler it's easy to forget he's in the trailer.
*Great for shoeing he does wear shoes on all four if being ridden in the rocks. Is currently barefoot and on a 5 week schedule.
*Has had beginners on him in the round corral and did great. We do have video of this available. He will however need many more miles, with a knowledgeable rider before he could be considered for a less experienced rider. Although he's very gentle, he's simply to much horse for a beginner.
Cons:
*Remington is cold backed when first saddled. He has been vet checked and body worked while here, this is not pain related. He does not do this every time nor does he offer to under saddle once warmed up. Simply changing directions a few times can prevent this during warm up.
*Remington can be buddy sour when ridden away from other horses on trail. He's n

Beginning with Desiel. We were contacted several months ago with a particularly difficult case. As the videos we were sent in the beginning showed and have been included in this weeks video. Desiel is an 11yr old horse sold as a trail/family horse who instead had significant trauma, dangerous behaviors, and an unknown history. Desiel had a very severe bucking problem under saddle and on the ground would strike out or kick if he felt cornered. Desiels owner Rebecca a wonderful woman very dedicated to him and his rehabilitation spent months on her own building his trust on the ground. He was able to be fly masked, caught, haltered, and saddled when she felt she had brought him as far as she had experience for, Rebecca reached out to us here at Bradford Rebuilt. We are so happy that she trusted our program here and the process! It has taken over six months to bring him to where he is today with progress happening little by little. Each step was a mile stone for this guy and is truly a testament of his willingness to overcome! Now Desiel is relaxed to get on and off of, no longer bucks, and is enjoying trail rides! We look forward to our continuing work with Desiel and Rebecca! Next up is Trigger! Trigger is an estimated 17-20yr old mildly arthritic Najavo Mustang sold as a family/rope horse but true history is unknown. Triggers very dedicated owners contacted us after he had bucked them off, ran off uncontrollably undersaddle, and demonstrated very r
