Here’s my bedroom with new bed with no hardware for bed rails and footboard. Have spent ridiculous amount of time on phone and chat to get hardware expedited. In the meantime, I have no bed to sleep in. Ridiculous. What’s worse is I paid extra to have the dresser delivered assembled and asked customer service to have hardware pack ready for delivery guys to bring to me. Said couldn’t do that. Bu****it. The delivery crew told me they’ve done that many times. They also reached out to customer service and said I’d be getting a call back asap. That was three hours ago. Yesterday, a supervisor was to call me before close of business. That didn’t happen either.
