I hardly got any photos of the last show between how hot it was and running the tables, but we had a great time at the SWRRBA/Texas double youth run show. The AC in the building did go out and we had a rough time keeping everyone cool in the car but we managed and kept everyone safe. We had a great time winning mini Rex twice, Rex once, and a BIS show with a Rex!

A-Z’s Bootylicious black sr doe (Maple Rige Fiesta x Compart’s CWU6) DOB: 11-30-23 full litter mate to Rabbit. She’s a beautiful doe but I don’t need two litter mates and their mother. She has done well on the show tables. She has earned a BOV leg and has always placed top of her class. Only thing is she could use more density.

A-Z’s French Fry otter sr buck (Cross B Ireland x Maple Ridge’s Thug) DOB 11-29-23 litter mate to Lalaland. Some thing here. I have his two litter mates and another brother. He’s a cute little buck who has done well showing. He could use a touch more fullness to his loin.

Me made the trip to Wichita Falls Tx to the largest show we’ve been to! It was an amazing ran show and we were out of the barn by 5:30 on Saturday. Everything ran so smoothly and we had an awesome time!
I only got a few pictures of our wins but I’m getting better about getting them 😂.
There was some large numbers. Mini Rex had 120+ every show and Rex had 70+ every show

Tortoise and hare cages. Both are 6 hole cages with each hole being 24x24. Have been used for two years and are in great condition being power washed out 2-3 times a year. Have all the trays and metal tray holders, each door latches both have wheels, and every hole has baby saver wire. $450 a piece. Pick up in Wilburton OK or can meet within a reasonable distance.

We’re excited to see these guys debuts next weekend in Stillwater.
First is A-Z’s Badonkadonk she’s the first baby out of RIS RGC A-Z’s M&M
Second is A-Z’s Jamie. He’s one of the last two babies out of Maple Ridge’s Thug he’s a pretty little buck and should turn out just like his sire!

After 12 hours of work yesterday Zoey and me got every cage, mat, bowl, and tray power washed cleaned the whole barn and now after TWO years we FINALLY have brand new flooring and walls. I wish I had taken a before video but before this the walls and floors were bare wood. This has changed our barn so much!

We had a great time at the Northwest Arkansas Rabbit Club's show! This is the 4th show we've attended of theirs and we've loved every one of them! It is a great run show and we will be glad to be back this November! We took an entire team of homegrowns and had our best show yet. Winning best and best opposite rex and mini rex in both shows. Then going on to get a 2nd reserve in show with a mini rex doe and a reserve in show with a rex doe! Congratulations to everyone on their wins and we hope to see everyone again in Stillwater in two weeks!

I also forgot to mention congratulations to K4 rabbitry on a triple best in show with a beautiful broken rex doe and a black rex doe!

Whew it was a crazy weekend. We made the trip down to Jacksboro TX for the SWRRBA/Texas spring fling show. It was an amazing show and as always Katie got our reports out quick so I can post this! We took a show string of 18 and every one of them was a homegrown! This is our first time doing this and it's an amazing feeling! I'm just going to post the highlights as that's a lot to put! All are A-Z's so I will just be putting their names. This was my first show to get an honorable mention and a reserve in show with my mini rex and I couldn't be happier!
Hope to see all our rabbit friends in Fayetteville AR in a couple weeks!

Maple Ridge’s Thug. This guy is amazing. He produces consistent wuality rabbits and has done my herd so much good. He has out produced himself here with me being a small rabbitry and keeping 8-10 of his offspring. Every one I have kept has won 4+ legs. He carries chocolate and blue.

I had a great time attending the SWRRBA/TEXAS show in Wichita Falls this weekend. It was just me this weekend so it was a bit of a hassle getting 16 buns on and off the table but I made it work 😅. It was an amazingly run show and Katie got show reports out quick for how large it was!
The big win was 2nd reserve in show with a homegrown Dutch in show A with A-Z’s Bingo! We also got an honorable mention in show c with a Dutch black senior buck, Dyer’s Slim Jim. Congratulations to everyone else on their winnings and can’t wait to see the majority of our rabbit Fam at Stillwater!

Boy was it a busy weekend in Longview Texas! Everyone was done by the end of today so pictures were kinda chaotic! We didn’t have many super big wins but the biggest one in my option was our homegrown mini Rex A-Z’s Greenland winning BOVand BOG earning his 3rd leg and his first senior leg making us able to get him registered and granded! This is our first homegrown to get this accomplishment and we couldn’t be happier!
We took lots of young 12-14 week old juniors in 3 breeds and almost nobody was in coat but they held their own and we got great comments on everyone now we are ready for some fall shows!

Where does the time go 🥺. A-Z’s Pickles as a little baby poking out of the nest box and now her with her own nest box waiting on her little babies. We bred her to A-Z’s Greenland so she will be carrying our 3rd generation of mini Rex! Hoping she’s a great mom just like her mom. It’s gonna be a busy weekend with 8 does due! 5 mini Rex, two Dutch, and a Rex.

We’re going to have so much color with our fall show string! Wish a few of them were does but we’re happy with the quality either way! We’ve also made so much progress on the type on our Dutch. Just look at the one little baby!
Sunrise Family’s Swirl x Maple Ridge’s Thug. They had a blue buck and a broken lilac otter buck, both firsts for our barn!

There are two chocolate otter bucks, a black otter doe, and a black buck! This doe has never failed at giving us amazing show babies, I just wish she had a few more does.
We are so buck heavy with the mini Rex we’re going to have to let some really good ones go!

The Dutch is out of A-Z’s Baby Beans x William’s Arthur. This is the best typed Dutch we have made so far!

Cleaning day!
Cleaning day!

After 12 hours of work yesterday Zoey and me got every cage, mat, bowl, and tray power washed cleaned the whole barn and now after TWO years we FINALLY have brand new flooring and walls. I wish I had taken a before video but before this the walls and floors were bare wood. This has changed our barn so much!
