๐ŸŽฏAnimal Friends of the Valleys Animal Control needs your help. ๐ŸŽฏ. These 4 dogs were dumped this week in horrific conditions. They appear to be Tibetan Terriers that have been relegated to living in kennels their whole life. 2 were dumped in Menifee and 2 were dumped in Lake Elsinore this week. There could be more, if you see a dog in this condition, please contact us ASAP. Animal Control suspects these are breeding stock being dumped by their owners. If you have any information that might help animal control, please call 951-674-0618 x222 or x223
