Excited about this new buck we brought in from Sugar Rabbitry. He is out of a beautiful blue otter buck. I’m excited to see how he meshes in our program and how he grows out. My daughter has named him Sugar’s Black Cloud!

We are so appreciative of our friends for making it possible for us to show today. I had help from wonderful friends helping out in many different ways! I also was able to put my hands on some beautiful rabbits at the shows. It’s wonderful seeing so many breeders come together and bring beautiful rabbits.

We have big jr blue otter buck 👀 for new 🏡. Excellent density and resistance for a junior and dilute. Very solid, heavy muscled buck, with great bone. Wildwood, FL

We have a large black otter junior Rex buck that would be good as a meat breeder. He has a nice meaty hindquarter, long and wide loin, and beautiful dense fur. He has a longer length of body so not suited for show. I do have a white does that could go with him if looking for a pair or trio. Wildwood, FL

We had three Opal Rex does kindle recently with the hope of making more beautiful Opals. Here are the colors we got in the nest boxes…

7 whites
3 blue otters
2 black otters
2 castors
2 broken castors
1 Blue
1 OPAL! 😆
Oh well, I hope some of those whites are genetically opals. We will try again for some more opals. It seems like our barn just prefers to make beautiful whites! 😂

Three pretty sisters out of Pearl River’s TA (blue otter) and Georgia’s Wild (black otter.) My favorite is the first white and it’s seems like the whites are always the best in the litter 😂. I like the hindquarters and the width that balances the depth on these does.

Congratulations to Sugar Rabbitry! Best of breed and best opposite of breed at the Inverness show with Sugar/Georgia’s Slater!

Super excited to see this blue otter buck doing so well on the show table! It’s special to be able to collaborate with other breeders and see their rabbits do well on the table. This also made my day since I wasn’t able to attend the show and I missed seeing my friends.

Georgia’s My Boy (broken black
Otter) sired his first litter with Georgia’s LA1! There were 10 kits born the beginning of this week! I can’t wait to see how this cross turns out! I am also excited because both of these rabbits are a cousin breeding with some of my best crosses the past four years in the pedigree!
