These two crazy Rascals had a blast running through the woods even though we didn't get far because it was partially flooded. This is princess who is my dog the dark brown one and Blaze she is the doodle and she's also a service dog. I decided to give service dog training a chance and so far I've been doing a great job.

FEN goes for a shopping trip and to get some coffee. He just needed to get out and be more social while under control so I figured we go do some Christmas shopping and get him a pup cup afterwards.

I haven't trained to stay by my cart as I walk and not pull. He's also not allowed to approach others unless I allow him to which I don't because I'm a dog trainer LOL. I have more fun telling people no, don't touch my dog;)

Teddy got to meet his new mom today! Stacy is a fantastic veteran we should all have respect for. For some reason, there was a cosmic connection going on for this passing of the handlers. Without giving much information, I somehow knew exactly what she needed, which was different than what I usually do. I was just based on my intuition. I only spoke to Stacy a few days prior to today, and yet there's something special I was able to give her exactly what she needed in Teddy.

I am thankful for the opportunity to train dogs for veterans. I feel I may have found another purpose.

Gabby is going to be great for a veteran that means a dog who's a velcro dog. She loves to make sure that you're okay. She doesn't get scared easily so also great to have her around as a study companion.

Teddy's update!

Teddy spent his last day in the town of DeLand walking around the market space and vendor area.

He did such a great job, and I know that in such a short time of only two weeks I've been able to do a lot with him. It's been a lot of work but I know that his veteran is going to be super duper grateful

I worked his public spaces almost non stop. I would have been very happy if I had enough time to take him to a park to be a dirty dog. You know how I love my hiking.

Everyone wished Teddy the best he's off to his final home tomorrow:)

Teddy does deland!! We had fun taking him around and showing off our skills. He has much to learn, but this 11month old choc lab has done wonder in the last 2 weeks with me.

Tomorrow teddy goes home to his new mom who will be forever grateful to teddy. Goid job , you good boy:)

Are you a dog lover with a passion for caring for our furry friends? The Dog Training Spot is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dog Sitter!

Position Details:
🐕 Care for 5–10 dogs at a time in a cozy home environment.
🛏️ Provide overnight care, ranging from 3–5 days up to a week (from set days in continuous periods to flexible scheduling).
🧹 Assist with tidying up and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our pups.
📝 Must have experience in the sitting, pet care, or veterinarian industry

💵 Compensation: $500-$750/ month (negotiable based on experience and agreed upon tasks)

Service Area:
This position will serve The Villages, Florida, and surrounding areas. It will require in-home care at our facility, with overnight stays (negotiable with certain conditions).
