In light of the recent outbreak of a potentially deadly respiratory virus amongst dogs we are taking all precautions to safely assure that your pet is protected at all costs. Shampoodles Classic pet Salon has always been diligent in disinfecting and maintaining a very clean environment for your pet. We are going to be practicing other measures of safety which will require your attention.
1. We ask that your pets/pet be dropped off at their respective times and also picked up in a time frame of no later than 10 minutes unless prior arrangements are made.
2. We also ask that if your pets/pet are not feeling well, lethargic , not breathing well or struggling or just seem off please reschedule until they are seen by a veterinarian.
3. Leashes, collars , sweaters will not be kept with the pet upon drop off. They are to be removed upon drop off and then put back on when you arrive to pick your pet/pets up.
4. Nail trims are no longer walk in appointments. You must call in advance.
We are sorry for this inconvenience however we care very much for our clients and all of the pets that we see on a daily basis. The holidays are in full swing and we are now going to have to downsize the amount of dogs we groom daily due to the extra precautions that will be required to maintain a sterile and safe environment. So please, if you haven’t booked your appointment before Christmas yet we are almost completely booked till after new years. Don’t wait any longer there’s limited spaces available.
