3 dogs, 2 cats and 8 baby goats inside the house makes for an interesting combo. My old dog loves the babies......They love her too!

I tried my bestest.....I never really got to carve my own pumpkin when I was little so this was a learning curve. Got 5 more I am gonna play with tomorrow.
I need a candle light or something different but they seem to be in low stock in my area right now!

Prayers for this family....I pray I never have to exp or witness this kind of devastation.

Wife, Mother of 4 killed in Avery County Mudslide.

Jamie Guinn, a father of four says he, his wife and their 8-year-old son were taking cover during the storm when they heard a loud sound. A mudslide had hit the back of his house. About 40 minutes later, another mudslide knocked the home off a cliff and into the river below.

“I just remember being crushed by the house falling all around me, and I can remember thinking in my head, ‘I guess this is how I’m going to die,’” Guinn told WRAL-TV.

He was able to free himself and could hear his wife, Melissa, screaming from where the house originally was.

“I could hear my wife. All I can remember is her screaming, ‘Babe, watch out!’” he said.

By the time he grabbed his son to get out of the way he couldn’t hear his wife anymore.
He believes the second mudslide knocked his wife into the river.

“When I got right behind my little boy, I started screaming for my wife because I couldn’t hear her anymore. Then, my son turned and looked at me and said, ‘Daddy, I think Mommy’s gone,’”

Melissa is survived by her husband Jamie and 4 sons; Brandon, Sebastian, Ethan and River.
