Hi Everyone! My running days are quickly coming to a close. I have accepted a job in the DC area beginning in April. I am going to miss all of the runs with your sweet pups! If you want to schedule a last run before the end of March, please reach out!

I will commute back to my family on most weekends, so there is the possibility of a few weekend runs here and there, as my families schedule permits.

Meet Tucker! He took a minute to warm up to the running idea but quickly settled in for his first run and almost hit 3 miles!

Did you know that today is National Golden Retriever Day? I was fortunate to go on a run with Charlie who is one awesome Golden Retriever pup! Charlie is all about doing work and we covered just under 3.5 miles in 30 minutes today - great work, Charlie!! Check him out in action!

Kilo is one awesome running partner and an overall amazing dog! Today he completed his first 60-minute session - check him out at the 35-minute mark! Great job, Kilo!

Finished up a great week of Dog runs with my own pup Ford (Jessica C-rill)! Knocked out 3.5 miles in a swift 26 minutes! His sprints after the squirrels and deer in Ford's Colony Living helped keep our pace high. 32 miles in the book this week with 12 fit and happy pups! Look forward to the next! 2 spots remain!
