I do want to give a heads up going forward with scheduling. If you no show to an appointment meaning you did not contact us in any way and missed your appointment you will be required to pay in full for your next appointment before we can schedule said appointment. This also goes for any appointments that you call past your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Most groomers do already have this rule but we have been very lenient with this so far. We do thank you for your support. We hope you all enjoy your New Years and have a safe weekend.
