Another fur baby rescued from euthanasia and found his forever home🐶❤️❤️❤️

We have another furry friend in need of a home, we work with the Washington county humane society and rescued this little guy from euthanasia for being “aggressive” this guy is nothing but a sweetheart. He is a heeler mix and is 3 years old and is fixed.

Yeah! He’s very well trained, lived in the same household since 6 weeks old. He’s good with dogs, cats, kids. He bit a kid in the ankle because the neighbor kids in his apartment would ring the doorbell constantly and when the guy opened the door the dog went after their ankles and bit. It was a semi deep bite but he didn’t tear or trash.

We have assessed him again and we are positive he is not aggressive, he is a high energy dog, so if you are active or have land he would enjoy that. But he is very loving and we want to make sure he has the best placement.

We went to a mental awareness convention yesterday and our service dogs got to meet some wonderful people and spread joy and comfort to those who needed it.

Bear is getting picked up the next two weeks to his handler where his task training will begin, we are excited to see Bear go to help his handler.

Our boy Cooper has been officially matched with his handler and will be delivered in January where his task training will start. We can’t wait to watch Cooper and his handler bond together. We will post updated on his progress once we begin training. Congratulations Cooper
