***A FOSTER HAS BEEN FOUND! THANK YOU!

We're going to try this again.....we desperately need a foster for an 11-month old cat who survived parvo/panleukopenia. This is a short-term gig. No other pets in the home as she has the potential to shed the virus in her f***s. She is currently living in a cage in isolation at the veterinary office. PLEASE share in the hopes of finding someone.

We know this is a HUGE ask but we are looking for a temporary foster for a minimum of 8 weeks.

Piper is the sole survivor out of 3 sisters who contracted panleukopenia (aka parvo). Since the virus can shed in the stool for up to 6 weeks, Piper cannot be in the shelter. She is currently at the hospital but is ready to be released.

Piper just needs a safe place to decompress. We are recommending a home with no cats or dogs.

Please share this post so we can find a place for Piper. She cannot live at the hospital for 8 weeks.

Piper just needs a safe place to decompress. We are recommending a home with no pets, but definitely a home with no young, old, health-compromised, or unvaccinated cats and no young puppies. If you do have pets and are interested, please contact your veterinarian for guidance.

We still haven't found anyone....

URGENT! Foster needed for 4 kittens, 2 of which previously tested positive for ringworm and have went through treatment. We're currently waiting on the results of their fungal culture, which will take a few weeks. The remaining 2, who didn't have ringworm, have received pcr tests. One has already come back negative, we're still waiting on the orher.

Full disclosure, ringworm is contagious to humans and other pets. The ideal foster area would be a spare bathroom that doesn't receive much traffic.

PLEASE! We are desperate! All of our current fosters are full and we absolutely cannot risk bringing ringworm into the shelter.
