Good morning clients!
Today is my first day back in the van and I’m excited to see you all! That being said I have A LOT of messages waiting from my maternity leave and it’s going to take me some time to respond to all of them. If you don’t have a prebooked appointment for November and December I am fully booked. I will put everyone who messaged on a wait list and pull from it in order of which the messages were received if I do get cancellations. If I am not able to get to you I recommend Good Omens grooming or Zoomin groomin for mobile, rockstar pet or the groom room for salons. I highly recommend calling those shops now and getting in instead of waiting on me as I don’t expect to get many cancellations this holiday season and I want to make sure all of your dogs are looking their best for the holidays! Thank you for allowing me to take this time off to be with my son and I will be seeing you all soon!

River Lee made his appearance on 9/19 at 4:19 pm. He was 5 lbs 9 oz at birth and 19 inches long. He is the sweetest baby and I’m so excited to share him with all of my amazing and supportive clients! I appreciate you all allowing me to take this time to spend bonding with my sweet boy! I cant wait to see you all when I return 🖤

Good morning clients! Due to the unexpected and some medical hiccups I have been having they will be inducing me this week! I will be taking the next month to recover and adjust to my new life with my baby boy! My expected return is mid November 2024 but that being said I am fully booked for the holiday season my soonest availability is January 2025. Friendly reminder that my maternity leave starts in 2 & 1/2 weeks!! I am fully booked until I leave! I am currently booking for the second week of December! As my maternity leave gets closer my availability has become much more limited. I have a few dates available at the end of August but September is completely full for appointments. I wish I was able to get every dog in before my leave but unfortunately I am one person. As of today I am 31 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes and my energy levels are beginning to run out so I have to consider my own health at this time. That being said I’ll still be giving it my all these last few weeks. Thank you to all of you for your patience and understanding as groom times have been longer due to checking my blood sugar levels and snacking to keep them at the levels they need to be. I am excited for this new journey and thankful to all of you who have made it possible! I look forward to things returning to a new sense of normal in 2025.

Clients - if you have not booked your last appointments before my leave I would go ahead and do that as soon as possible! I do have some availability through August and the beginning of September but the spots are filling up fast! Again, this is for existing clients only I will not be taking any new clients until 2025. I have made the difficult decision to stop taking new clients for the remainder of 2024. I had hoped to be able to continue taking more until the end of this month but upon reviewing my schedule for the later months of this year, I do not have the extra space to take care of new clients on top of handling my existing clients. Keep an eye out because my books should be reopening for new clients in 2025! Thank you all for your continuous support especially during my pregnancy! I appreciate you all more than I can put into words!

New client FAQ

Firstly and most importantly I will stop accepting new clients August 1st of 2024! August and September will be dedicated to accommodating existing clients before my maternity leave. I will resume taking new clients in 2025

I accept new clients for Anderson County only. I have a strict weight limit! Your dog must be under 30 lbs.

My business hours are:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9-5

Although sometimes I do answer business messages on my off days it is not always guaranteed! Please allow me time to respond as I am a one woman show.

You must fill out my intake form to get a price quote and availability!! This form requests information that I need to give accurate quotes, asks for shot records, helps me see when I will be in your area, and adds you to my system so I am able to book your appointment!

Your dog must have their shots! Although I do one on one grooming, it is for your dogs safety and my safety that they are up to date on all required shots!

Mobile grooming is expensive! My prices are firm and are determined by the cost to run my business as well as my experience. If my pricing does not work for you, I understand! I do not offer a multiple dog discount. Please do not ask me to lower my pricing to fit your budget.

Average hair cutting on a small dog takes 1 1/2-2 hours depending upon your dogs coat type, their temperament, and level of matting. Breeds with thicker coats will take longer.

Maternity leave info 💕 please read all of the information provided!

I will be out of work starting September 27 - mid to late November! Return date will not be set until after my son gets here and I gauge my recovery to see when I’ll be safe to go back to work.

Any clients prebooked for October - early November will be contacted over my July 4th break to assess what reschedule date is best for you and your dog!

Keep in mind September appointments will be limited as I will be in my third trimester! Things can be unpredictable, my health and my son’s health comes first although I will be working hard to make sure everyone is accommodated!

My plan is to do shorter haircuts for your last appointment before my leave to help ensure your dog will be comfortable until I return. I will be off for roughly 6-8 weeks.

That being said I do have other groomer options for you all if your dog needs grooming before I return!
