I was determined to do a long blog update and post today … but for the billionth day, work, kids, errands & life got the better of me. However, I did get these early morning photos! My favorite time on the farm. And today, with the heavy frost, it was especially beautiful and tranquil. The animals were all snug in the barn and we are excitedly preparing for both some upcoming school field trips and …. New rescue arrivals!! Stay tuned. Midnight is such a character!
Cheeks is the bravest chicken, she will come right up and get some snacks, and sometimes let me hold her. Bossy is the boss, the biggest chicken… but even cupcake tells her what to do! Trying my best to be a chicken whisperer, daily! Does anyone have tips on how to get your chickens to be snuggly? 😂😎 ~Renee
