Hi all!

Another friendly reminder-

Please be patient with us when it comes to communication/responce time. We are navigating a VERY busy summer, new (busier) schedules, and an ever growing client list; all on top of us both having families/farms/animals to maintain as well.

We try our best to respond as quickly as we can, but some messages/voicemails slip through the cracks- sending us another FRIENDLY reminder to follow up is absolutely appropriate, but what isn’t is being rude and passive aggressive with us about it. That will certainly not earn you a spot in our salon as this is not something we tolerate, this sets the tone for the relationship we will have for the future with you and we pride ourselves in outstanding groomer/client relationships.

We are a two person salon both with separate clientele, so response times from each of us may vary, but we do try respond within a week.

Thank you to the clients who are patient and understand we are busy! 💞🐶

Good afternoon! We are once again putting out a reminder about our cancellation policy.

We require 24 hour for cancellations- failure to provide notice of cancellation of an appointment will result in payment equal to FULL COST of the grooming. This goes for “no-shows” as well, we have VERY little tolerance for them, we’re very flexible and understanding & appreciate communication so that we can work together. Payment is expected to be made within 48 hours of the canceled appointment before any other appointments will be scheduled.

We have a list of dogs wanting to get in to our salon and filling short notice appointments is not easy and failure to provide notice means another pet is missing out on a valuable spot.
