Horse friends! I’ve been slacking off and hoarding horses so before I do real advertising for these three I figured I’d let my friends get first dibs. Message me for info about any of these three! They are all fabulous boys!

First is a bombproof 2011 15.1hh AQHA gelding, perfect, safe, all around fun horse with X-rays from July for sale low-mid five figures.

Second I would love to not sell yet but I also need to make wise business choices… 🫠 2021 16.2hh AQHA gelding that’s a great project for an ammy to bring along, in your pocket, quiet, and has a great foundation, has X-rays from January and is for sale in lower-mid five figures for now.

Third is one of my all time favorite horses looking for a dressage/trail riding lease in the mid four figures. 15.3hh grade quarter horse cross. This is the one who babysits all my young ones and nervous clients on their first field trips and the one you never have to question how they’re going to come out. I would LOVE to keep this one in my program.

2011, 15.1hh AQHA gelding looking for a junior or small AA to have fun with. I don’t like to describe horses as “bombproof” because I don’t believe that exists… but if there ever were a horse I would use that word for, this would be him! Previously an older AA’s low level dressage horse, Nemo has taken to jumping like a fish to water. Toted a small child around the .50s at his first schooling show like an old pro and has cross country schooled drama free. This boy is mega brave and unphased by life while still being cute as a button!
Barefoot, easy keeper, never had any injections, and has a brand new set of radiographs available.

Is anyone in Ocala/Gainesville looking for a super kind partial care lease? My appendix gelding’s kid is super busy this summer so looking for someone who wants to ride casually a couple days a week so he can have some attention. He is a KICK ride but would be happy toting around a nervous rider or someone who just needs some relaxing saddle time. Not looking for a major paid lease just covering some of his board/care cost.

I have a handful of horses leaving in the next couple weeks which is going to leave me with more free time than I’d like! Rather than load myself up with more horses going into summer, anyone need an extra hand starting mid-May? Happy grooming, mowing, riding babies, general barn help, etc. I’m used to it all! Not looking for anywhere near full time as I will still have my barn here to ride and take care of but my schedule is flexible so looking to fill it up where I can.

Trail horse extraordinaire coming in this week! Previously did 50 mile races, taught kid lessons, and packed many AA’s up their first mountain trails. Also nicely broke in the arena. Good home is the owner’s priority so message me now to get him at steal of a deal! Could easily see him going many different directions.

Horse friends! I will have a stall (possibly two) opening at the end of the month for the first time in a year and a half! With WEC’s summer circuit we have a year round market now for sale horses so am open to another consignment or training horse. Young horses are my jam but I’m open to everything 😌 highly specialized for each horse, and am always happy to work on a case by case basis for all of my people. Shoot me a message if interested!

Sam is still waiting to find his perfect dancing partner! This is the sweetest boy in the whole world and will easily take someone to the top of the ribbons in dressage! Fancy enough for a pro but kind and forgiving enough for junior and amateur riders. Everybody who meets him falls in love, now he just needs someone to jump in with him! He’s a ham in the barn and will be sure to put a smile on your face every single day ❤️

It’s a very boring video but one of my favorite things to do with any horse prone to overthinking like sweet Solo. I’ve found that extended periods of walking on the lunge line, especially aided with a neck stretcher like I have here, can do wonders for teaching a horse to slow down their brain and focus in on you. Solo struggles with making himself worry because he wants to always do the right thing, and you can see the wheels turning here from start to end! As he stretched down his steps got bigger and slower, he quieted down in the bridle, and he zones in on me versus what’s going on around him. Had he been trotting his brain would be all over the place, he’d be bouncing off the circle and his head would be in the air. He gains confidence from having to be pushed out of his comfort zone and made to slow everything down!

16.3hh, 2010 Irish Sport Horse gelding looking for his new dancing partner! This darling boy has done a bit of everything in his life, started as a jumper, switched to eventing and now looking to settle down into a dressage career! Has an absolutely unbeatable work ethic and easy, correct gaits. Beautifully light off the aids and soft in the bridle. Has had a hiatus due to owner finances but is back in work and ready to show! Solid start on all lateral work and the foundation is laid for changes just needs to gain confidence in them. LOVES hacking out also. Easy keeper, low yearly maintenance, an absolute doll in the barn.

Solo starting to get the hang of things, even when the arena is underwater! The weather was miserable and he still plastered a smile on my face the whole day 🥰

Solo got thrown into the deep end today without his arm floaties and still came out a super star 🤩 at just 3 years old he’s already so level headed and willing, and came away with a 3rd place ribbon in his first combined test! The dressage judge told him he was “very brave in water despite his trepidation today” which I think sums up the day rather well 🤣

At some point when I was 19 or 20 I came to the realization that I didn’t care to be an “upper level rider” but that I was really in love with working with young horses. That’s been my main focus for a couple years now, either through my own projects or helping others with theirs. I can’t even begin to describe how rewarding I find it, and seeing them go onto successful, positive careers with their own people after they come to me fills me with so much happiness. Photos like this one make me so proud and perfectly capture what I strive for, to get to be the person that a 3 year old looks to for reassurance in moments of anxiety 🥰💝

I am constantly so impressed with this girl and all her hard work! Oliver is NOT an easy horse and she gets through his worst days with a smile on her face 🙌 anyone who has spent any length of time around me has heard me bragging about how amazing Nicole is!

I still remember being a bratty teenager telling my parents I was going to quit riding when they told me we were giving Bella back when our lease was up with her, and I meant every bit of it! Without my Bella I didn’t see the point. She was never a part of my gang down here in Florida as she was too old to make the trip by the time I was settled, but she was a vital part of the rider I am today. She taught me more lessons than I can even begin to remember, but the most important one was patience which I attribute my success with young horses to. We laid her to rest peacefully last week at the ripe old age of 28 and I feel honored to have spent her last moments with her ❤️
