Our hearts have been heavy lately, as we had to go through the sorrowful event of saying goodbye to one of our sweet patients. Miss Calypso was such a gentle soul, who loved her owner more than anything. We hate to have to see our clients go through these somber times, but grateful that they choose us to be right there with them. And to receive a thank you card afterwards is truly humbling.
It’s been said “Beginnings are usually scary, endings are usually sad, but it’s everything in the middle that makes all worth living.”
