Feeling pretty optimistic on this beautiful Sunday! It's been a long race but we feel like we have entered the stretch run and we're headed swiftly toward the finish line! Our windows for the front of the building have finally arrived and installed which means the stone work will be done soon and the scaffolding will finally come down and we will be able to see the front of the building! The flooring is finished (but most is covered so we'll unveil that soon). Cabinets are going in, ceilings are being placed and completed, lights are going in, tile is being worked on, the SwimEx pool is ready to roll (!), the underwater treadmills are in place...and so much more!! We are expecting another productive week and the excitement builds toward the finish! Things are really happening and we can't wait to share more with everybody! Thank you to Kline Rostocil Construction for continuing to share our vision!!

The fun continues! Things have been moving along and the next few weeks are really looking to be big as finishes and some equipment are starting to get scheduled. The big news last week was our underwater treadmills have been installed! Lets not leave out the parking lot getting started and should be getting finished this coming week! First coats of paint are starting to reflect our colors and the doors have been uncrated and should be going up right after the rubber floors are installed this week. Lot's of moving parts but its really coming together!!

It's been far too long since we posted but everybody has been working hard to keep the train rolling toward the goal! The weeks pass like days and time is flying by but here are a few pictures to keep you all in the loop! Nobody said this would be easy but it sure is going to be special! It's getting so close!!!

The magic continues! It has been quite a journey so far and over the last few weeks we have really started to take shape. Windows, drywall, electrical, plumbing, stone work, and today we are finally getting to see what the parking lot will look like with the curbs and sidewalks going in. It's been a fascinating process and a bit grueling at the same time but nobody ever said that making dreams turn into reality was easy! We are determined to make this a special place and that light is starting to peek out from the end of the tunnel. We are getting there!!!

It's been a wild ride as of late and super busy on the job site. Even Dr. Laura decided to jump in and help out! Sadly the old barber shop on the property has to come down but it's about progress and the site work is moving along and the building had to go. She channeled her inner heavy machinery operator and got the job done! There are a few more pictures of the interior but everything is changing by the minute now. The pool install, the masons fast at work stoning inside and out, electricians and plumbers making great strides and insulation starting! It's like a beehive of activity! Thank you to Kline Rostocil Construction...They have been amazing!!!

We've been slow to update but make no mistake, there is a flurry of activity happening with the construction! We have walls going up!! Electrical has continued and the HVAC is really coming along! Also starting to sort out the reception area with the desk, feature wall and fireplace.....and one little surprise we'll share down the road that will make things even cozier and serene! We promise more frequent updates to come...there's going to be big changes with the weeks ahead!

We are moving right along here at Cleveland Veterinary Rehabilitation! The roof has been completed, the masons are working diligently on the stone work on the building, and the electricians have started to make tracks getting the wiring installed. Drywall ceilings this week and a lot more to come! Shout out to all of the guys working through rain, snow and sunny days alike to get us closer to our reality!

BIG things are happening and the last week has been a fun one! Lots of site work has been completed with storm water retention and such but when the BIG timber trusses came it was something to see!! We are really taking shape as the building is almost completely under roof now! Can't say enough about our team as they work through crazy weather conditions to get us to this point. Three cheers for Kline Rostocil Construction and the whole team!! We are getting there!

We're kicking off a new week of what we're hoping will be a productive one! There has been so much progress as everybody deals with all that Mother Nature has had to throw at us over the last couple of weeks. Framing, trusses, roof sheeting, utility work and so much work behind the scenes to plan for what comes ahead. You've got to hand it to those that have chosen to work in such tough conditions this time of year and we are grateful!

It's beginning to take shape! Roof trusses are flying and things have really started to look more like a building! Every week brings so much progress!

Stop? There’s no stopping with this team! It’s been cold, snowing, windy, you name it but our builder has been rocking it!Exterior walls up, structural steel up, and interior bearing walls done! There has been no stopping Kline Rostocil Construction! It’s going to be a big week with the start of the roof trusses on Monday so next time we check in you’ll start to see the building really taking shape!!

Some big things are starting to happen! A great way to end the week and looking forward to what next week will bring! The framing has begun!!

It's been a while since we last had an update but that doesn't mean a flurry of activity hasn't continued! Wow, it's been a whirlwind as we benefit from the good weather. The slab has been poured and finished, the pool vault is mostly complete and YES, the SwimEx pool was delivered all the way from Massachusetts and was craned into place and work has begun on that installation. It wont be long now before we start framing!

The progress continues! The vault for the pool is moving along and the block is almost there. Things are starting to take shape!

So much happening in the last week! Footers are done, piers in front of the building going up and the pool is being excavated just to name a few things. Thankful for great weather and hoping it continues!

Our "Coming Soon" sign has arrived! There's a lot happening with preparing the site and behind the scenes so the next few weeks should be very interesting!

The SwimEx resistance pool is under construction at the factory!

Fencing is up and the old asphalt is being taken out. Construction drive is in. It'll be interesting to see where this week takes us!

More progress on the site preparation! With the good weather in the forecast we are looking forward to more action this coming week!

Yesterday was a big day! They started clearing the lot of the old trees and brush, and started removing some of the old fencing.

We're on our way!
