Through all my years of rescuing, rehoming and adopting out of those animals abandoned, lost, unwanted and mistreated, I have never experienced such irresponsible pet owners as I did today. They actually walked out of my catery leaving their cat behind without relinquishing or surrendering her; they just abandoned her!
