It's almost that time of year, we are having our annual Halloween costume contest! Starting earlier this year so you have longer to get your pics in! Photo submission will start Oct 1st until the 25th! There are 3 ways you can enter the contest:
1st- send us a photo through Facebook messager
2nd- send a photo to the hospital an email
3rd- stop by the hospital with you pet dressed and we will take a photo!

Rules are simple! Send un a photo of your pet in their Halloween best and be entered in the contest. If you bring your pet dressed up to the hospital we will give 1 free vote during the contest! All photos will be added to our page on October 25th and voting will be open until October 30th. We will only count "likes" not comments! On October 31st we will announce the winner for best dog costume and best cat costume and will have a great prize for both the winners!

***please make sure you add your pets name (first and last) in the emails!!!

**if you enter late (after the 25th that is ok) you just will not have as equal of a chance for votes.

It's that time of year, we are having our Halloween costume contest! Starting next week Oct 16th come in with your pet dressed, or email a photo to be entered in our contest! The 1st place dog and 1st place cat will receive a gift basket! If your pet comes in to the hospital dressed up they will receive 1 extra point during voting!
We will be accepting photos Oct 16th-26th. All photos will be uploaded to Facebook the 27th and that's when voting begins! Whoever has the most LIKES by the 30th wins!

If your veterinarian has recommended a diagnostic ultrasound for your pet, our board-certified radiologist sees outpatients on Thursdays and some Fridays. The ultrasound findings will be discussed with you at the end of the appointment and a report will be sent to your veterinarian for continued care. Wilmington Animal Hospital offers urgent care visits during our regular hospital hours for patients who cannot wait for care. We are able to handle most illnesses and conditions, however, if your pet is critically ill or in need of emergency surgery, we will refer you on to a 24 hour emergency care center.
