The future chefs of Wilmington. It was great to have the students from culinary, "Farm to table" class out for a tour of our microgreens and mushroom farm today. Chef Pete is teaching his students the value of working with local farmers and producers. It's great that he is instilling the importance of building community while having access to the highest quality ingredients to ensure success for his students.

Received a shipment of Organic Whole Oats from to be used as grain spawn for our gourmet mushroom farm. This completes the loop and our mushrooms will be grown with pure oak sawdust produced from the Amish community and 100% certified organic supplements for our cultures and grow out. Yes it costs more but our goal is to have the best and highest quailty mushrooms available, and you all are worth it! Thanks to all of our customers, friends and family for the support. We love you all.
