The future chefs of Wilmington. It was great to have the students from culinary, "Farm to table" class out for a tour of our microgreens and mushroom farm today. Chef Pete is teaching his students the value of working with local farmers and producers. It's great that he is instilling the importance of building community while having access to the highest quality ingredients to ensure success for his students.
