Conscious Connections, Inc. Urban Farm CCI is an urban farm in Wilmington, DE that aims to uplift the community through exposure and education in agriculture and the arts.

Our goals are to increase access to fresh food in food deserts and reconnect urban environments with nature. We have a variety of youth programs and community events to choose from:

L.I.T. Crew (Leaders in Training): receive education and exposure with activities at the urban farm and translate that knowledge into real world scenarios via their own production of a comic book series

Conscious Far

mers Collective program: engages young adults in farm-based training and experience through the Junior Masters Gardeners™ curriculum in preparation for work in agriculture, landscaping, and maintenance.
