The Wilmington Schools Foundation would like to Welcome Elizabeth Huber as our Executive Director. This position has been vacant for over two years and we are excited to have her join our team. She started in early November and has been spending the last months learning about the foundation and how she can help the teachers and staff of WCS. Elizabeth has stated "I am excited to share the successes in our schools. There are a lot of negative things that go around but not much positive, when there are several positive things that need to be shared. I want to celebrate the positives in our district. I plan on focusing on the successes while fundraising to enhance the classroom experience for teachers and students."
