I want to give all of my riders a heads up about lessons for this week…. As of now looking at the weather forecast, we will have to see whether or not lessons will be held. The arena is currently very wet and with the freezing temperatures the next couple days, it doesn’t look promising. I will keep everyone posted!! Thank you!!!

Champions Corner Holiday Party was a success! We had great weather for our get together! Thank you to my barn family for a wonderful 2024 year! I’m looking forward to this year and all that we accomplish with our horses!

Good morning! I think it’s safe to say that the weather today is not ideal for an outside barn party . Unfortunately we will have to reschedule our Christmas party and have a Happy New Year party instead on Sunday January 5th from 2-4. We will still do the gift exchange and have the decorate a horse contest! I’m sorry to cancel but Mother Nature had other plans for today. 🐴🎄

Great weekend of IEA Shows!!! We qualified a few more riders for regionals! And everyone rode so well!!! So proud of all of these riders!!!! Congratulations ladies!!!

Champions Corner Christmas Party will be Sunday December 29th from 2-4. Please bring a $10 horse related gift for the gift exchange and an appetizer to share! If any one wants to “decorate” a horse for a Christmas prize, please sign up at the barn ! 🎄🐴🎄

Another awesome IEA show for Champions Corner!!! We qualified our High School Team for Regionals along with several individuals!!!! Super excited for these girls!! We earned some great ribbons at this show and I am so proud of these riders and how dedicated they are to this sport! A big congratulations to our senior, Kara, for earning the sportsmanship award! You are truly the best captain for our team and are always so helpful, positive, and truly a great equestrian! I’m so proud of you! Thank you to Southern Oaks for hosting such a wonderful show as always!!! We have a full weekend of shows coming up so I’m hopeful to get a few more girls qualified!!!! Again, I’m very proud of this team! Go Champions Corner!!!

Late in posting but we had a good show day at Wonderland Farms a couple of weeks ago!!! It started off cold and rainy but we decided to stick it out! Congratulations to all of my riders and to Savannah who won the Halloween costume class with Kyle!!!

First IEA show today at Southern Oaks Equestrian Center!! Super proud of my girls for riding their best!!! We have a couple riders on the team this year who are new to IEA and also new to showing …. And I have to say, they were naturals! Very excited for this season! Champions Corner is also very proud of our 3 horses that were also part of the show today! Teddy, Ethan, and Tank were the best boys showing today. Big thank you to my team for taking care of them and holding them throughout the day!!! Tank even was named “Horse of the Show”!!! Big thank you to Southern Oaks for being so welcoming, helpful, and always putting on such a great show with their awesome horses. We were happy to be part of the team!! Looking forward to our next show at Swift Creek next weekend! Congratulations again to my girls- Izzy, Kara, Katie, Sophia, Maddie, Ashlyn, Scarlett, Abigail, and Isabel! I’m bummed I didn’t take very many pictures of the girls riding but we did get some of our boys Teddy, Ethan, and Tank! 🐴💙❤️💛🐴

We had a great show day at Wonderland Farm yesterday!!!! Everyone rode so well and the horses were so so good! Congratulations to all of my riders: Savannah/Kyle, Abigail/Teddy, Scarlett/Gideon, Katie/Summer, Christine/Teddy, and Aisley/Breeze!! Big thank you to everyone from our barn that came out to help and support our riders! We truly have a great barn family and team! 🐴💙❤️💛🐴

This weekend was our first time at the Carolina Horse Park for one of their Sedgefield Shows and we had a great time!!! Of course there were highs and lows just like any other show- but these riders and horses pushed through and should be so proud of themselves for their hard work. I know I am extremely proud of each and every one! Considering we were unable to ride for almost two weeks straight due to the amount of rain Wilmington was getting, I think we did pretty good!! This was definitely a great experience for all. Thank you to the Carolina Horse Park for putting on such a welcoming and well run show! We will be back for sure! Big congratulations to Kara/Echo, Sophia/Fonzy, Scarlett/Gideon, Karen/Ladybug, and Lillian/Summer!!! And a big Thank You to Katie for coming to help/groom/support/school this weekend! 🐴💙❤️💛🐴
