Originally providing Obedience Training

ADTC's Traditional obedience, Rally Obedience, Agility, Conformation, and Therapy dog classes have provided for many a satisfied human and companion team! We LOVE to see the smiles after a student has completed his/her class. We hope and strive that the team catches "the bug" as our members have. Along with our obedience classes we also offer STAR (Puppy) and CGC (in our Pre-novice Class) testing

. Our members have multiple titles in all venues of performance sports, and the breed rings. Instructors and Assistants are continually updating their skills through competition and seminars. Our public service includes going into area nursing facilities weekly, providing dog safety programs and demos to schools in a five county area, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, church organizations, New Hanover Sheriff's Dept. .and/or when requested, and donating to Pender County Humane Society and New Hanover Humane Society.

SNOW DAZE! Hi everyone! We are canceling classes for Thursday, Jan 23 and Saturday, Jan 25 due to the icy conditions in our area. Please stay safe and warm out there! Some of the main roads may be clear, but there are many secondary roads that are still covered in ice. We look forward to seeing you at your next class! Session 7 is open for registration. Classes start the week of October 21. Agility, Rally,Nosework, Puppy and regular obedience classes are available to give your dog some fun to learn something new. Register on our website Adtc.us

Beginner Agility class on Wednesdays at 7:15 starting July 24. Your dog could learn how to be as good as Bowie in agility. Register at adtc.us

Session 5 is open for registration. Many classes available. Some have limits of 4. Obedience, puppy, rally, agility and this session Nosework and Beginner agility. Grab a spot at adtc.us. Classes start July 22.

Rhea is learning many tricks. Here is one of the tricks she used to achieve her Trick Dog Intermediate title at only 9 months old!
