Dear Clients
We know that you know how hard our team has been working during the pandemic.
Like any health care provider they are TIRED. As owners of the practice we know they need 24 hours to recover and be able to BREATHE.
We made this decision for the health and wellbeing of our staff. It is ONLY 24 hours – and we know if your pet has a true emergency there are other services that can cover while our staff take a well-deserved break.
We will be back to normal at the end of this 24-hour period and we will be refreshed. Our staff will feel appreciated and cared for; so they can continue to care for you and your pets.
To those who have expressed this is not a good idea, I challenge you to think, what if we if just can no longer be here? What if our team is just too tired/fatigued to do what needs to be done?
Please know this was a carefully considered decision, but we feel our team is IMPORTANT and they NEED this.
We all thank you for the trust you place in us every day and we are grateful
