Hi all. Please keep in mind that we do require prompt pickups. We call and/or text about 10-15 mins before we’re finished to let you know so you can be on your way.
Groomers are having to wait again 30 mins and longer for babies to get picked up. We don’t have the space in our new location and our groomers don’t get paid by the hour to wait.

Hi all!
Our new address is 36 E. Locust St. We have a sign on our front door with our name on it. I realize parking is sometimes an issue. I realize some are having a hard time finding it. I try to give directions when you call and tell me you’re having a hard time finding it.
Parking, there’s not much I can do about it. Sometimes there’s parking on the street. Sometimes there’s parking in the alley.
Sometimes (I’m hearing) there’s parking at the church.
I get it. It can be a pain.
This is our location for now. No, it’s not as good as we had but it’s what we have for now. 🙂
I have tried and tried to update our address with Google. It will not update! I know, pain in the butt. Try being in my shoes. I’ll try to get in touch with someone else to try and get it updated.
Also, we automatically send out messages when appts are missed by 15 mins. If we know you’re having a hard time finding us that’s caused you to be late, we will work with you.

Happy New Year everyone!
Exciting news…we are NOT raising prices for 2024. Everything is going up around us but we are not.
I’ve been sending out messages daily to each and every customer in our database (it takes days to reach eveyone) reminding/informing everyone of our new location. Also, to book appts for grooming, please call or text me (Jess) @ 937-728-4492.
Typically, for January and February, grooming salons are slow. Please continue to book appts to get your babies groomed as to prevent matting. 😉 Thank you all!

Good evening everyone!
I apologize for the delayed post as I was trying to make sure everything was a done deal before I said anything.
We are excited to announce we have a lease in motion and plan to continue GROOMING ONLY at the new location.
We will be grooming at the new location starting November 15th.
For now, until further notice, please continue to use all the same numbers for us to book. Andy and David will be grooming like they have been.
The new location is beside Edward Jones, where Visiting Angels used to be. 36 E Locust St is the address. We will be moving everything and set up ready to go the 15th.

Hi everyone.
This post will probably be rather lengthy. Please read to the end. And please pass this along.
This post comes after weeks of prayer and revisions as I want to be as transparent as possible.
In July/August of 2022 our (Owners Jessica and Rod) family moved out of state. Most all our customers know that my husband (Rod) is a Pastor. We moved to Wilmington to Pastor a church and we have now moved elsewhere to Pastor.
For the past year, I (Jessica) have been traveling back and forth to maintain the two businesses, hired extra staff to run it in my absence and so on. It’s something that I cannot continue to do in the sense of I need to be fully with my family and alongside my husband as we Pastor where the Lord has taken us.
We put the land that the business runs off of up for sale and have accepted an offer. We are set to close resulting in October 31st being our last official day open for business.
We are still considering continuing grooming at another location. If that happens, we will let you know where.
Over the past five years we have been able to meet and take care of literally THOUSANDS of babies. A lot of you have been with us from the start. You have seen our non-stop renovations (because we have literally outgrown every space we’ve been in), you’ve seen us in our good times, and seen us in our bad times. You have kept us busy. Literally, we never had to go without work. You have praised us. You have referred us. Seriously, if it wasn’t for each of you, we wouldn’t have the most successful business that we do and I want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
I want to say that since the start, we learned a lot! Did we ALWAYS do everything right? No. But did we do everything wrong? No! We’ve made mistakes but we’ve ALWAYS tried to correct them and make things right. We are saddened to close the doors at this location but we always strive to do the Lords work…wherever that may be.
Come see us. We will be here till October 31st. We can’t wait to see everyone.

Boarding has been non-stop and we’re thankful! Year after year we have grown and grown and grown and we couldn’t be more thankful. It kills me having to say no when we’re full. It seems like it happens all the time now. Maybe I need to expand boarding. 🤔

I just wanted to say thank you. If it wasn’t for each of you, we wouldn’t be what we are today. Thank you!

It’s me (Jessica) again…

Just a reminder…

We do have set hours for boarding drop off and pick up.

We are by appointment only for all grooming services. This includes nail trims or any other “walk-in” service. Our (groomers) times being in the shop vary. We would hate for someone to show up and no one be there.

We would love to give you a tour of our facility but it has to be by appointment only. I don’t have a secretary and I don’t want to put it on my groomers to put their dogs down off their tables to give them. I do the tours and I’m not always here. Also, my kennel help starts at 8am letting babies in and out. I don’t want to give a tour while she has babies all over the place and interrupt the routine she has and creates with the babies.

I am aware that Google, Yelp and others have our old hours. I have tried updating them so many times it’s not funny. The changes I make won’t stick. If anyone can share some insight on that, I would love it. I would love to fix our hours online.

Hi all!
I’m currently booking grooming appointments for August 3rd.
Believe it or not, several days in August are already filling as well.
Unless I get a cancellation, I have no grooming spots open till August 3rd. Even if you have to wait, please go ahead and get on the books. The longer you wait to book, the longer it’ll be before I can get you on the books.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I am thankful, though, that we’re busy.
