Summer Camp Enrollment Now Open at Seahorse Stables!

Make all the horsey dreams come true this summer and sign up to spend a week at the Stables! Our specially designed programs cater to beginner horse enthusiasts ages 4-14, promising a blend of fun, friendship, and horsemanship.

Introducing Barn Buddies!

Calling all tiny equestrians and their favorite grown-ups! Join us for a magical 4-session journey of bonding with our ponies. Ages 3-7 are invited to become the ultimate "Barn Buddy" with hands-on activities and pony adventures!

Session Highlights
Session 1 - Be a Barn Buddy: Learn essential safety tips and discover how to think like a pony, building trust and connection.
Session 2 - Fancy & Fluff: Get hands-on with grooming your pony and even try your hand at mucking a stall - messy, but oh-so-fun!
Session 3 - Equine Epicurean: Discover how to safely feed your pony, understanding their special diets and creating a bond over tasty treats.
Session 4 - Pony Promenade: Learn to lead your pony for a promenade around the farm!

Dates: March 7-28, 2024 (Thursday Mornings)
Time: 10:00-11:00am
Ages: 3-7 with a parent/caregiver in participation

Horsemanship Camp (Ages 6-12):

Equestrian Camp (Ages 8-14):
For the aspiring equestrians, daily challenges include mounted riding games and unmounted teamwork activities, unlocking the thrill of horsemanship at a whole new level!

This unique setting is the perfect place to also learn how to safely interact and connect with our equine friends through body language and intention. This is an outdoor event in the paddock with two beautiful horses at liberty. We will end the session with hot cider and ginger cookies while we behold the beauty of the stables holiday lights.

Our community asked, and we listened!

NaturePlay Preschool is a new option for parents looking for a play-based outdoor education program for children ages 3-4. NaturePlay includes all the excitement of our Farm School curriculum, but is adapted to suit the unique needs of the preschool child. We invite you to register online and join us for a farm tour!

Classes begin January 8, 2024. Children must be potty-trained to attend.

Tomorrow is the last day to register for our 1-day session of horse camp on Black Friday! Children ages 4-10 are invited to join us for a day of horse-filled fun on the farm.

Activities include:
Getting to know barnyard friends
Grooming and caring for the Seahorses
Crafts and pasture games
Forest hikes and nature play
and of course pony rides!

Campers should bring a snack, lunch, and water bottle, along with weather appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes you don't mind getting dirty.

Today's session of saddle club focused on giving thanks for all the joy this little farm brings. We shared our gratitude for the animals by cleaning their stalls and night houses, groomed Pumpkin with an extra dose of love, and laughed at our shadows while riding in the round pen!

Seahorse Stables will be closed through Thanksgiving, but we're looking forward to Holiday Horse Camp on Black Friday! Children ages 4-10 are invited to join us from 9am-2pm for a day of fun on the farm.
