Its Jules!!!! Our December Pet of the Month! 🎄🌟

Jules is the sweetest pup with a love for the finer things in life—like sausages and his favorite treats from Saint Rocco’s! 🐾 This big guy knows how to make an entrance and brighten any room, and his happy tail wags are truly the gift that keeps on giving. 🎁

We’re so excited to celebrate Jules all month long! Here is more about the special man :

His favorite toy?
His Tuffy Shark of course 🦈

His Favorite treat?
Those beef sausages haha 🌭

Whats his Biggest fear?
Sounds he can't process like thunderstorms and fire alarms 😟

His Age and relationship status?
8 yrs of age and he has a girlfriend/booty call on 600 block of West St. 😅

What does he dream of?
living outside w/ a harem of at least 6 ladies and never being asked to come back inside,again 😎

Anything else you’d like us to know about the sweet boy? this Plott Hound is more intelligent than some people I know and he has a huge heart (I.e. drawn to the innocence of baby/children and gentle with small dogs), especially for those in his pack and close to him; for whom he is fiercely protective from those he perceives as a threat. I couldn’t be more fortunate, love a dog more and be more proud of how he has matured over these 8 wonderful years God has provided. Thanks for recognizing him.

Could this BE the cutest cat! Big Gray is our September Pet of the Month! First a bit about Big Gray’s mom. She regularly makes contributions to animal causes, and carries dry cat food in her bag to feed strays if she encounters them. She is always bringing or buying items at the store for us to donate to local rescues. Recently she facilitated a rescue of a sickly but friendly stray and donated to the assistance in care. She also evangelizes . She’s an amazing animal advocate!
Big Gray is a gorgeous 12yo, FIV positive rescue cat.
This kitty Casanova has two loves of his life. One his mum and the other his indispensable cat-sitter Erin ! He did warm up to the Comcast guy recently as well!
His biggest fear is the horribly loud fire alarm that goes off in the building way too often. He also hates going to the vet but once there he actually likes all the attention.
Favorite toy is a cork ball but also the lint roller of all things! Also scratch pads he has turned to mincemeat!
Favorite treat currently is the Greenies dental treats. Particularly oven roasted flavor.
He dreams about becoming a recipient of more undivided attention. Erin says he is “doglike” and commands attention!

Look at this babe!! She will be here at the store with Sunday 10am-1pm looking for her furever pawrents!

Meet Denali! This pretty girl is a 8 month old, 45 lb.., female mixed breed puppy who came to us through one of our shelter partners. Denali is great with other dogs & wants to play with cats too (though they may not like her). She would be okay with kids but supervised, of course! Denali is doing great with house training & with learning some commands though she does get easily distracted. This sweetheart is very food motivated, likes to cuddle but isn’t clingy. Denali is current on age appropriate shots and will be spayed & microchipped prior to adoption.
