My first chile rista! The frost swooped in on my peppers finally that still were loaded down with fruit.
I froze a few. Fed the family until they said, 'no more', and the rest will hang and dry over the next few weeks.
This rista is made up of a variety of peppers, including banana, jalapeño, shish*tos, and mostly poblanos.
Fun fact: Many pepers take on a new nameafter dried! I learned that recently :)
