These two cuties are still looking for their new homes! Both of these little girls are very sweet, affectionate and would make wonderful companions. They’re ready to go as soon as this weekend so feel free to message me for more information!
Hanging out with these guys makes every day better!
These guys are working on searching for their meals in the can pit, which desensitizes them to sounds and items touching them. They’re also big enough now to explore the puppy yard play equipment! Can’t believe they’ll be heading out in a couple weeks!
There are still a few looking for homes!
These guys just get cuter every day! 🥰
These guys are loving spending time outside on these warmer days!
A bin full of puppies to brighten your day!
Some of these cuties are still available and will be ready to go at 9 weeks old on 3/17. PM me for more details!
Pups are loving interacting with the new items I add to their pen everyday! It’s so fun to watch them becoming so much more interactive and playful.
This big guy, Jax, is learning how to live in my house as he gets ready to go to his new home in a couple of months! I’m going to miss this big goofball, but he’s going to make an excellent therapy dog in this next phase of his life.
I can’t believe how big and capable these pups are getting! Some of these cuties are still available, feel free to message me for more information.

These guys are loving the weaning process and eating their meals with gusto! I’m confident Mac is enjoying me taking over some of their feedings 😂
Working on gate manners with this crew as we head out to play ball! Some were certainly less thrilled than others that impulse control was required today 😂
I had some helpers monitoring quality control as I prepped their lunch yesterday!
Puppy snuggles are the cutest 🥰
This little guy has been the easiest for nail trims from the beginning and often falls asleep while I’m doing it. I hope as he gets bigger he remains this chill! I trim nails every three to four days, so there are plenty of pedicures to come!

This crew had the pleasure of meeting a new person the other day! It is interesting to watch their initial hesitancy at this age with a new person since they look and smell different than me, but within a few minutes they couldn’t get enough of her snuggles!
These little guys are all up and moving now! They get a new experience everyday to help them learn to seek out novelty in the environment and explore it confidently.
Since they aren’t coordinated enough to pick things up yet, most of their experiences involve different textures for them to walk on.
Sibling love is the best 🐾♥️
A few of these pups are still available! They’ll be ready for their new homes around 3/17. Check out the website for more info on how I raise my pups

This little boy hopes your day is filled with as much love as his!
These cuties are all starting to open their eyes! It won’t be long new before they’re up and moving around more!
These guys are finally big enough to start using the dremel for doing nails! I do their nails every 3-4 days and will begin alternating between the regular trimmers and the dremel. This helps ensure they’re acclimated to both methods when they go to their forever homes.
One of things I do with all of my puppies is early scent introduction. They are exposed to a new odor once a day everyday from 3 days old until 16 days old. We do this to increase neuroplasticity in our neonates, and encourage the development of the olfactory processing centers in the brain.
These little cuties are 10 days old already! With every litter I like to see that they’ve doubled their birth weight by day 10, and each one of these chunks definitely did!
It’s a puppy pinwheel!
I’ll never understand why or how they do this, but with every litter I’ve raised I’ll see them line themselves up like this on several occasions the first two weeks of life only. Whatever the reason, it’s super cute!
Mac’s side eye game was strong this morning when I returned her puppies after weigh ins and early neurological stimulation exercises! Everyone was happy to be reunited 💙
Everyone is gaining weight and doing really well! I hope these cute puppy faces brighten your day as much as they do mine. 💙
Puppies are unable to regulate their body temperature the first two weeks of life, so when they get too hot they spread out (pic #1) to cool down. In this case, 30 minutes later they all formed the adorable puppy pile to warm back up (pic #2).
These little chunks all got new id bands today since they’re growing so fast!
They’re all tuckered out after getting their dose of probiotics, weigh in and their first nail trim. Trimming nails on pups this little makes me question my contact lens prescription….couldn’t possibly be that my eyes are just getting older! 😂
Puppies are born with their eyes and ears sealed shut, so one of the ways they orient themselves is using heat sensors in their face. Since this little guy was napping away from the rest of his litter, when I woke him up he had to find his way back to the milk bar!
No matter how long I do this I’m always fascinated by their instincts, innate abilities and tenacity to get their basic needs met. Mac didn’t know if she should get and help the little guy or stay put feeding the rest of her babies! I’m loving watching her learn her duties as a momma.

Mac’s first little boy was born at 7:25pm, weighing in at 1 pound and already nursing well! I can’t wait to meet the rest of them!
Mac’s water broke a little bit ago so we’ve moved into the birthing suite! It gives me such peace of mind having my incubator, oxygen concentrator, all necessary medical supplies organized (even if may not look like it 🤣), and three cameras so I can see everything from my phone if I have to step out. Labor and delivery are stressful for the mommas and me, so this eases my stress and allows me to support my mommas through this entire process.
So much fun watching these guys explore new areas of the property, running through the tall grass, and take a break from training to just be dogs for a little bit.
Over the last year with the sale of my Michigan home and training facility, the move to Kentucky and everything still being under construction, I haven’t done much structured retrieve work with my dogs. Now that the kennel construction is relatively complete, it’s time to develop my training plans for these guys in the hopes of hitting the trial fields next season. We’ve got a ways to go, but pulling this lady out to train after giving her a year off reminds me of how important it is to teach a solid foundation of any concept. With some fine tuning and building from the basics, this girl will pick it all back up in no time! Shady is one my first retrievers, and she’s taught me a ton along the way.
