Green Anvil Farrier Services My name is Jon Ackerson and I am a recent graduate of the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School. I am now taking on new clients and offering trims or shoeing.

I was able to gain experience under minis all the way up to drafts and some corrective work.

I just want to give an update for those who haven't heard yet. I recently injured my back and have been out of work for a couple weeks now. I have been trying to go week by week and cancel appointments but the truth is it's going to take longer than I wanted to admit for this to heal properly. When it does I will have to ease back into work and build up slowly. For now, if you have an appointment coming up in the next month, it is best to consider it cancelled. When I am back to work I will definitely reach out and let you all know. I miss seeing all my wonderful horses and the friends I've made. If you need help let me know and I can pass along a few numbers. Please believe me when I say how hard this post was to write. Scout and I are craving getting in the truck and hitting the road and hopefully we will be able to soon. Take care and be safe out there
