Falcon Hill Farm Full service Hunter/Jumper/Dressage Equestrian facility located just 30 miles south of Birmingham, AL. We offer lessons, training, shows, and sales.

Falcon Hill Farm is owned and run by the McCown family. We focus on Hunter/Jumper and Dressage training, traveling to both local and AA rated events. We always have a selection of horses for sale or lease. Feel free to message for more information.

Special shout out to Penney and Avery for being fabulous MC’s and Josh for stepping in as our timer when we hit technical difficulties. Thank you and for judging for us! 🐴

Our FHF riders had a great show!

Academy: Everly and Princess & Peyton and Bam Bam earned several top ribbons in their academy classes and got in some good practice for the upcoming Hunter shows.
65m jumpers: Emma and Tegan won the speed round! Scarlet and Pippa were 4th and 6th in a huge group of fast and clean riders!
75m jumpers: Chloe and Demi were 1st and 6th!
85m jumpers: Chloe and Demi were 1st and 2nd! Rosie and Carl were 6th in their one round!
95m: Rosie and Carl were 3rd and 3rd with lovely clean rounds.

1.00: Grace and Coti were 3rd as this was their warm up class. 👏🏻

1.10m: Grace and Coti schooled around nicely with clear rounds for two blues!

Our crew had an amazing time at the show hosted at home last weekend! 🤗

Academy Classes: Everly and Princess took a clean sweep of their classes! Peyton and Bam Bam had come nice rounds and earned a 3rd place in their first 2’ round together!

JUMPERS:
Emma and Tegan swept the .65m jumpers with two wins! They also won the Ride A Buck Jackpot!
Scarlet and Pippa were clear both rounds for 2nd and 3rd!

Chloe and Demi won 1st and 2nd in the .75m jumpers and 3rd in the .85m speed round!
Grace H and Dublin won 3rd and 3rd in the .75m jumpers

Rosie and Carl( visiting from ) had lovely rounds in the .85m jumpers for a 3rd and 4th!

Kicked off summer break with an AHJA Hunter Show weekend! Thank you Huntsville Pony Club (BJ Brown) and The Authentic LLC (Jay Moore) for hosting two great shows! Our crew had a blast!

Our pony girls, aka The Scarlet and Grace Foundation put in some nice rides and shared Champion and Reserve honors all weekend! Scarlet was BEST CHILD RIDER on a pony in the main ring sunday!

Peyton and Bam Bam were Reserve Champions Sunday and BEST CHILD RIDER on a pony in Ring 2!!! 🎉

Chloe and Demi won the eq flat Saturday, won reserve champion in prechildrens and champion in modified hunter Sunday! They also won both Pre Child/Adult Eq classes Sunday. Chloe was BEST CHILD RIDER on a horse Sunday in the main ring!!! 🏆🏆🏆

Sam and Brio were Reserve Champions Saturday and Champion in baby green Sunday with so much improvement over the weekend!

Emma and Cartier won their equitation over fences Saturday, and put in solid rounds Sunday winning second in both eq classes Sunday! Grace piloted him to champion in schooling Hunter Saturday! 👏🏻

Grace and I won the trainer attendance award! Which was an exciting surprise! Thank you Jay for offering this! Thanks to our wonderful barn family for coming to support our local shows and for a fun weekend!

It was a rollercoater ride and the cherry on top of a difficult week for me. We had many much needed laughs and an over all great time! 🥰
