Nomadic Farms

Nomadic Farms "When we see land as a community to which we belong, we may begin to use it with love and respect." ~ Aldo Leopold, Sand County Almanac

Nomadic Farms is the umbrella organization for Brad Miller - a gardner, farmer, educator and consultant threading the teachings of biodynamics, permaculture and land stewardship into healthy everyday work/life relationships. Nomadic Farms began as a CSA in 2011 offering herbs, vegetables and flowers in Southern New Hampshire. In 2013 Brad began teaching part time at the Waldorf boarding high schoo

l, High Mowing, in Wilton,NH. He is currently full time faculty, board member, advisor, mentor and public speaker on behalf of the school and place based education. Brad is well know for his ability to engage students and adults in thoughtful conversation on the relationship between the self and nature. Brad most recently spoke at the Biodynamic Association Conference in Santa Fe, NM on the merits of outdoor education as place for students to experience how science, philosophy, economics, art, and literature are all interconnected. Brad can be reached at [email protected]
