Hello SIerra view friends. Hope all had a wonderful Christmas and new Year . I am trying to help out a local rescue with a couple dogs. They are looking for adoption or foster situation for two shepherds. Both girls they have been spayed and utd on shots. Their current foster is moving end of Jan so time is of the essence. If you or anyone you know looking for a shepherd please let me know and I will put them in contact with the rescue to arrange a meeting or for more info. Let’s get these girls a new home for the new year. They don’t have to go together.

Sierra View Kennels is dedicated to breeding Labrador Retrievers, Standard Poodles and Labradoodles. We sit on a 10 acre ranch in Wilton, Ca.

We are dedicated to breeding healthy, athletic and genetic disease free dogs.

All our Dams and Sires are tested and certified before they are placed in our breeding program. We focus on breeding pups that will be easy to train, healthy and make that great hunting or companion dog for many years. In addition temperament is our first focus. If our pups don’t meet our standards at 6 months they are not put into our breeding program. Our dogs are part of our family they spend about as much time outside as they do inside. Our Pearl is a true couch potato. One thing we don’t do here is rehome our girls. Once our moms are done breeding they are spade, retired and stay with our family.

We offer stud services as well, however because we strive to improve the quality of Labs we only offer stud service to females that have been fully DNA tested and have OFA’s done. We do this because just the fact that your female is healthy does not mean she can not carry a gene that can be passed on to her puppies.

We focus on Quality not Quantity. Because of that fact we only offer a few litters a year.

We offer the following with the purchase of every puppy.

Our puppies are fully wormed starting at 2 weeks then 4 and 6 weeks. They have their first shots at 7 weeks and are micro-chipped at that time. You will receive your AKC registration documents at time of pick up along with a 24 month written guarantee on the health of your new family member. We handle our puppies multiple times a day starting at day 2. We pay special attention to toes and ears. They are exposed to many sights and sounds of their future world including gun shots. Starting at 4 weeks we start potty training at 5 weeks we start their crate training at 6 weeks we start leash training so by the time your puppy is ready to leave us at 8-9 weeks they will quickly adapt to their new environment and any situation they are exposed to. When you receive you pup you also get a crate,bag of puppy food and a goodie bag of toys and a blanket. If you are looking for a hunting dog we also start working with the pup with water fowl feathers to help identify drive.

We now offer kenneling as well.

One other thing we are adamant about is where our puppies go. We do not sell pups to anyone that does not own their home or lives in an apartment or you have small children and have never owned a lab before. Labs are high energy until they are 2 at least therefore require time, patience and exercise. If you can not provide those things a lab is not the right dog for you. Please do your homework on the breed to make sure a lab will work in your lifestyle.

We understand that life throws us curve balls every now and then so because of that we will always take a puppy or adult back at anytime at any age if life changes require you to give up your companion.

We do take deposits to reserve pups for up coming litters. Our pups are sold limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices range from $1500 - $1800. Deposit to reserve is $400 non-refundable and pups are sold based on order of deposits. We accept Venmo,check or paypal for deposits, Venmo or cash for balance at pick up.
