Makes it hard for a Mama Bear to convey B’day wishes to all of her (13) pups when social media only allows 10 pics to celebrate a 2nd B’day! What’s a Mama to do? Two picture posts puppers! TAMU Indoor Archery Nationals was a fun three days in Cstat with some very cool moments along the way.

Besides celebrating 1st in both TAMU Indoor Nationals and JOAD in U21 Barebow division as well as an ultimate 6th collegiate ranking across the country after all weekend National shoots ended, SK was randomly placed to shoot the last 60 arrows with her Victoria coach and mentor Gene Kacir on Sunday, sweet. Nice way to end the tournament and then watch SK always want to spend time doing the the same in encouraging the younger archers ☺️. Indoors over, time now to start practicing outdoors competitively at 50 meters (54.681 yards) 😳. Gig ‘em 👍

After much work and anticipation,(since Mama Bear’s breeding in November) we hoped Monday’s ultrasound would reveal that Bear was carrying puppies. We were sad to hear “there are no puppies”.

The good news is Bear is healthy and there is no reason she could not be bred again. We are processing all of the past day along with notifying the families who were anxious to get a BRFG puppy. Though disappointed, we will continue to count our blessings during this Christmas season. A Very Merry Christmas to you All, rejoice a Savior has definitely been born!
