Hey! Good morning, beautiful people. Welcome if you're new here & just accepted an invite, and thank you so much❣️ I'm stepping out on a limb this morning to ask for help. It's been years since I ran a shop, and with back problems, carpal tunnel and all the other things that come along with being uneducated in kinesiology and ergonomics...I STILL want to groom, but to be smarter this time around.

A sabbatical led me to animal advocacy, and to meet an incredible group of people that are now part of TAAG - Texas Animal Advocates Group, and we have big dreams, people. I mean HUGE. Soooo, I designed a clothing line to support the mission of grooming shelter dogs and hosting offsite adoption events with those freshly bathed, gorgeous, groomed & coiffed pups. We're talking the works; shampoo/ conditioner/ hv dried/ skin therapy when needed/ ears/ nails/ haircuts/ accessories. Fees for the self-wash, transportation costs, etc. Y'all know that grooming ain't cheap, and neither was my education or tools.

Not only that...but the clothing line has something for everyone! Unisex, men's, women's, & kids designs with responsible stewardship pet ownership messaging. There are also mugs, hats, bags, and I couldn't be more proud of or excited about this swag line. So if you'd like to support these endeavors, I invite you to VISIT, READ, EXPLORE, BUY, and *SHARE* and WEAR IT PROUDLY! You're the best!

TAAG SWAG will support a dedicated group of volunteers & animal advocates to pursue 501c3 status. We aim to help with the overpopulation crisis.

Some individuals reached out to me recently to be a beauty product tester on LinkedIn. This would mean free product and possibly some great goodies. I think AI sometimes just sees the word esthetician, and possibly the humans don't research what it is I actually do or the motivation behind my certification. My response...

Tuesday Tip - It’s best to socialize pups for about 5 minutes, 3-4 times a week, by brushing, petting, and gently rolling them over. Lift each of their legs, check their paws, open their mouths, and check their ears too. Providing a treat each time they are seen helps to keep them socialized and happy to have a mini health check.
