To ALL my Friends in Alvin and surrounding areas....

I know Beryl took its toll on a lot of you & things are sort of getting back to normal! I am trying to help my friend with her Rescue (Noah’s Ark Bayou Sanctuary Animal Rescue in Danbury aka N.A.B.S. or NABS)...

She lost 17 of her 21 pens due to the winds/tornados that were associated with Beryl. Consequently she can no longer generate the much needed funds from the Pen Sponsorship Program now or indefinitely.
This Program has primarily sustained NABS since 2017.

She has a lot of Senior Rescues that she is responsible for because the owners didn’t want or could no longer care for. She wants these animals to live with love, food & shelter for the remainder of their lives.

I know I have asked y’all for food donations before, but right now she could really use some loyal monthly Sponsors! Will you consider committing to $1-$5-$10-$25-$50-$100./month & be a Sponsor too?

She has been using her personal funds for years to make sure they are cared for & as we all know, these things can drain one’s personal funds.

I'm a Safety Educator for Damsel in Defense teaching people and their families the skills to get out of a dangerous situation. I'll be teaching things like how attackers choose their intended victims, how to prevent being chosen, and how to properly equip themselves with tools to fend off even the largest "bad guys." Would you and some of your friends be up for hosting a safety workshop? We also have great information for young mothers with smaller children----books that teach them about bullying, abduction, etc. The books are written by psychiatrists and very well written. Great tools to keep our children safe no matter what age. I would love to help keep your community safe!
