Sage, a long-time resident, had a heart as big as the world, but he couldn’t quite show it. Shy and withdrawn, he retreated to the farthest corner of his kennel, wary of human touch. No one in our local community seemed to see the gentle soul beneath his guarded exterior.
Then, a loving family from Wisconsin took a leap of faith. They adopted Sage, sight unseen, recognizing the potential in his timid spirit. And what a transformation it’s been! Sage has blossomed into a beloved family member, a loyal companion, and a testament to the power of love and patience.
