A few updates-
FairyTails recently raised our prices 11/1/23 and we understand the inconvenience. Our regular shampoos are now $55-$80 a gallon. Not to mention all the other increases in overhead but most importantly, we passed the increase onto our employees❤️

Over the last few months many clients have gotten comfortable with not showing up for your scheduled appointments. Or cancelling the last minute leaving us unable to fill your appointment. Folks we are a small business and we book our schedule knowing our overheard and that we have a minimum of 4 employees daily. A 24 hours notice is needed to avoid any fees. We do reminder calls for the previous day. The first missed appointment will cost you $25.00 fee a pet on your next visit. If you have missed 2 appointments you will be required to pay your full regular grooming price pet dog. If you have missed 3 appointments we will remove all future appointments and you will need to search for a new salon.
We unfortunately have had to remove a few clients and we do keep records!! Please be Courteous of our time as we do have a waiting lists of new clients wanting to get on our schedule. If you are a new client and would like to be placed on our waiting list please feel free to call (859)744-7729 to be added.
We will be adding new clients as one grooming apprentice is about to be accepting clients.
As always we appreciate each and every one of you!!

FairyTails has been following this respiratory Illness for awhile. So far Kentucky has ZERO reported cases. We have invested in multiple ways to protect your pets.

We now have 2 commercial grade air purifiers and smaller high end purifiers in all common areas of our facility.

Our HVAC system has a UV light that sanitizes the air as it circulates through the ductwork, killing harmful bacteria, mold, and other airborne contaminants.

Disinfecting between every pet and in the evening we will be running room ozone cleaners.

Please make sure your pets are updated on all vaccines.
Our top goal is to provide you with quality care and service.
