⚪️ 10:30 S.T.A.R. Puppy class (prepay 6 weeks)

⚪️ 11am Fundamentals in obedience (includes CGC prep).

⚪️ 11:30am Rally

⚪️ 12am Competitive Obedience Skills

⚪️ 12:30 Fundamental IGP C phase for beginner dog.

***the schedule is set up to double classes based on your needs and preference. For a total of (2 classes) 1hr at $25, additional classes same day $15. Class size is limited, contact to signup.

Board and Train puppy, 6 months old.
1 1/2 weeks into training

2 days prior he was reactive to the other dog lunging, barking, and completely ignoring us.

After more work on engagement, adding distractions, and desensitization to other dogs the pup can train without conflict. Here he is a few feet from the same dog demonstrating his readiness to learn. He’s happy and while still early in training and with food as primary reward he works! He is happily accepting secondary praise reinforcement, which is awesome because he’s not bonded to me. His work ethic is apparent👏

The distraction dog is well trained, quietly downing and poses no threat to the puppy. This is our first step, then we will introduce other dogs with more energy that may appear intimidating to the puppy as he becomes ready.

With slow and calculated steps we teach the puppy that while there are stressors in everyday life he needs to look to the handler for guidance and confidence.

During this critical adolescence stage we are careful not to traumatize him and therefore he will train in a controlled environment. Once he is mentally mature and confident with calmness we can proceed to public environments.

Is a two week program a fix all, no! It simply lays proper foundation to add success at the next level.
