Meet Broccoli!
She is a 15 month old female orange kitty who is outgoing and goofy. She loves other dogs and cats and snacks! She (and her kittens) are up for adoption and ready for their new families! She has the cutest little toe beans, would like to sit on your laptop, and is very chatty! You heard right Rebecca Yarros fans her name is broccoli ;)

Meet Amnesia
We are hoping that Amnesia forgets being abandoned and hungry. Amazingly, he doesn't seem to be holding it against the human race, as he is very friendly but he sure does get excited about meals. He slams your hand with his head to say Yes! Now! when the food arrives. His time on the run as an intact male left him testing positive for FIV but he appears very healthy and would love to have a family of his own. A forever family. He seems to be a young adult with lots of love to give!

Meet Angelina
Angelina came to us when her owner lost her home. She's about 7 and lived with other cats. She was originally found in a woodpile and is a little shy but very kind and nonconfrontational with other cats from what we've seen. She does ask for pets when she knows you. Since being at our rescue she has really come around. She could be an only kitty or live with others seamlessly.

Meet Java!
Java came to us after he was bitten by a dog and his owner refused to provide him with vet care. We stitched him up and he's now all healed! He LOVES people and is playful with other cats, sometimes in a naughty way! He will literally run up your body to perch on your shoulder. He's a real charmer and would love to meet you. And your whole family, and your neighbors, and....well you get the idea. He's about a year old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped & negative for FeLV/FIV.

Just a sad little reminder that Hambone is still here! Almost an entire year later this good boy is STILL here. Why? We really couldn't tell you. Ham likes other dogs, he likes people, he is smart, food motivated, enjoys toys, crate trained, fully vetted, and is often seen rolling around on his back getting belly rubs at our adoption events. Breed: mixed breed. Really really mixed.. the more we look at him the more we don't know 😂 We were told cattle dog mix

Age: about 3
Background: Hambone was picked up as a stray and never claimed at the pound. We pulled him from NECCOG so he could be in a foster home and get used to living in a home setting.
Current Description: Hambone is a huge do**us. He's good with people and other dogs, we were told he is unsure of cats. He would not do well off leash since he was originally found wandering. He is also quite cuddly when he settles in 🐾🥰
Type of home they would need now: Hambone would love a family that will take him on adventures, possibly hiking 🥾 and a couch to share with his new humans. He says a dog brother or sister would also be cool.

Energy level: Medium to high.
Favorite things to do: Run! And play with his new dog friends, and get cuddles from humans.
Commands: he knows sit and down.

Background:
We pulled Little Bobby from the Windsor Animal Shelter when they reached out for us to meet him. He was brought to the pound and never claimed after that.
Current Description:
Bobby is bouncy, super playful, super sweet and a very smart young boy. So far he has a ton of pent up energy which is understandable since he's been in the pound since November. He's adapting to having lots of dog friends and running with them non stop! He responds well to commands for cookies or toys and loves to give kisses so much he nibbles your face sometimes.
Type of home they would need now:
He would do well in a home that is ready for a puppy. A home that will continue with crate training and helping him learn boundaries and rules within a household. He would do well with a dog companion that likes to run and wrestle as well! He seems like a dog that would love to try anything his new family would be interested in!
