Meet Zula! She is our longest resident! Zula has been at the shelter for over two years. She ended up here after being captured in her apartment building when her original owner was incarcerated. She had a hard time adjusting to shelter life and now it's become her normal. We would love to see her thrive in a home of her own. Zula is a little over 3 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, felv/fiv negative, and does NOT like other animals.

Your eyes are not deceiving you. Hammie ham is back and looking for his perfect home. Ham has been with our rescue for over a year. Over. A. Year. :( He has gone out to two homes and just was not a fit for their lifestyle. We are baffled. He is a good boy, would love to be a brewery dog, and agility dog, frisbee dog, hiking dog, fetch and chill on the couch dog. He is about 3 years old, good with other dogs, good with kids, could be trained to respect cats, he is crate trained, walks well on a leash, has basic obedience down pat, he is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, 4dx negative, and neutered.

Who doesn't want a big spunky dog in their life?
Cowboy is a deceivingly big goofy boy. He's a youngin at 1.5 years old weighing in at about 60lbs. We are not sure his breed mix, but we would have to guess catahoula leopard dog mix. He is working on his best leash manners but works great for food! He does well with equal or calm energy dogs who can handle his puppy energy. He would make an excellent hiking dog but is also content with a stuffy toy on the couch or playing ball. No cats for this boy. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and 4dx negative, and crate trianed. (Also pictured with another adoptable dog Daisy!) He would love to find a permanent playmate!

We have noticed what feels like an all time low for adoption inquiries especially in our canine department. :(
🌼Daisy is an all around good doggo who is medium sized, great with dogs, cats, and kids, and is still waiting for her forever home 6 months later. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, 4dx negative, crate trained, and a very spry 7.5 year old dog. She loves playing fetch, snacks, and would make an excellent walking partner.
