In my meditation this morning Saturn came through strong. Saturn as Safety. In Capricorn style Saturn can be Spirit taking Material form. In Aquarius style Saturn can be Spirit taking form in the Collective- Safety in Ideas. Community formed as common ground. Capricorn is a feminine sign despite how most people speak of it. Its ruler may be commandeered to keep people small, fence them in, keep them common…. But Capricorn can be our devotion to the cycle of Life and Death- our engagement with both- that desire to climb the mountain can be both a loving act with the Earth and a desire to reach Spirit. Venus is in Capricorn opposing my natal Venus. I feel as though She is singing another song of Saturn. If we allow ourselves to be the mouthpieces of Spirit- what we create in material form and the communities we build are speaking to a sound of safety we can barely imagine but are beginning to remember. 🐾🌙🌿❤️🙏

Happy Sagittarius Season everyone 🙌 The minute the Sun moved into Sag (the 2nd house in my natal chart) I was propelled into a crusade to understand and heal all that blocks me from wanting to be financially successful. Thanks to that Sun/Pluto sextile and Venus/Saturn sextile I started exploring deeper than I ever have how the witch wound, my family, cultural and ancestral patterns might influence my allergic reaction to wealth. I could almost hear Jupiter’s Geminian trumpets from my 8th house ushering in expanded curiosity. I could feel Ceres present as She pointed to the link between Guilt and Grief, as well as Chiron’s gentle push to find the medicine. Thank you Astrology, thank you Ancestors, Guides and Goddesses, thank you to the stones and the land, the People and Animals who knew and know the Earth as a Sacred Being, and thank you to the Cows and the Bees. 🐾🌙

A collar with Rhodonite, a Bull, and Ruby Fuchsite to celebrate the Ta**us Full Moon tonight 🌕 The last few weeks have been POTENT. The grief and pain from the election awakened my inner angry witch that decided I’m done with hiding and ready to be one of the loudest voices in the room. I joined an online coven honoring Hekate and met wonderful witchy friends. Opal and I started a routine for getting her more comfortable in public situations and also started learning Rally Obedience. I’ll be starting a course Tuesday taught by astrological pioneer so I can continue to cultivate confidence when it comes to speaking about my spirituality. Today, on my lunar return— a full moon— I recorded my first Calling Your Wild Podcast- a place where animal care professionals can feel safe to explore their own symbolic communication with Spirit and Intuition. Part storytelling, part guided meditation, I called this format Sacred Mad Libs. I’m still waiting for it to show up in the ethers which I’m told can take 24 hours but I did it and I’m proud of myself. I hope you all have a beautiful full moon. Thank you to the cows that supply my leather and the bees that supply my wax. 🙏

I have been studying the for about five months now and had a lot of success with my little and have just started to work with Opal too. The approach has transformed my ability to be in the moment and find peace and has brought me so much patience when working with Opal’s anxiety and enthusiasm. We’ll keep you updated as we progress!

September 17th is the full Harvest Moon, partial lunar eclipse in Pisces! 🌖 Then Sunday the 22nd we will have the Autumn Equinox and the beginning of Libra Season. 🍁🌻 I made this collar to celebrate Mabon and to honor the Wheel of the Year and all that we’ve cultivated this year. It has yellow agate and stamped with acorns and oak leaves which are significant to the second harvest festival. 🌾 I feel particularly connected to this season this year. I think it’s because I finally have the peace and safety to sit in stillness and appreciate the coming darkness and quiet of the coming winter. 💛 I hope this collar helps those dogs and guardians who are sensitive to the seasons feel a sense of abundance, emotional balance and trust. 🐾🌙

Opal and I have been taking really intentional walks every morning. I’m practicing being more present and slowing down (going barefoot has helped that) and she is practicing walking beside or behind me on cue. I wove the training into our walks and now she chooses to do it more than not. What a good sport 💛
